Refund Policy for SkeelPro Freelancing Platform
At SkeelPro, we aim to provide a fair and transparent environment for both clients and freelancers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and order cancellations to ensure a smooth and trustworthy experience.

1. Order Cancellation
Client-Initiated Cancellations:
Before Work Starts:
Clients can cancel an order before the freelancer begins working. In this case, a full refund will be issued automatically.

After Work Has Started:
If the freelancer has already begun work, cancellation requests will be subject to review. Refund eligibility will depend on the amount of work completed and the agreed scope.

Freelancer-Initiated Cancellations:
If a freelancer cancels an order for any reason, the client will receive a full refund. Freelancers may face account penalties for repeated cancellations.
2. Refund Process
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

Non-Delivery:
If the freelancer does not deliver the work by the agreed deadline without requesting an extension, clients are eligible for a full refund.

Work Not as Described:
If the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications or quality standards, the client can request revisions. If unresolved, a refund may be processed after dispute resolution.

Mutual Agreement:
If both parties agree to cancel the project, a refund will be issued based on the work completed.

3. Dispute Resolution
If a conflict arises:

Initiate a Dispute:
Either party can open a dispute within 7 days of project delivery.

Provide Evidence:
Both parties must submit relevant evidence, such as communication logs and project files.

Mediation:
SkeelPro’s support team will mediate the dispute and make a binding decision based on the provided information.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Client Change of Mind:
Once work has begun, refunds are not granted if the client changes their mind about the project.

Approved Deliverables:
If the client marks an order as complete, the payment is released to the freelancer, and no refund will be issued.

Failure to Provide Required Information:
If the client does not provide necessary information or feedback and the freelancer cannot continue work, no refund will be granted.

5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Funds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. Cancellation Fees
SkeelPro may deduct transaction fees or service charges from the refund amount where applicable.
